Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Reply STOP to opt out of optional text messages and HELP for help when those automated functions are available, or call Routine at (801) 839-4688. An opt-out may not prevent messages required by law or necessary for an active care relationship through another approved channel.

Text messages may not be secure. Do not send detailed health information by text unless Routine has instructed you to use an approved channel. Texting is not for emergencies; call 911 when emergency help is needed.
