When you submit a consultation request, Routine collects the administrative information shown in the form: your area of interest, patient status, name, email, phone number, contact preferences, timing, callback preference, brief administrative note, consent time, and basic referral or campaign attribution.

Do not submit diagnoses, medications, laboratory results, photographs, detailed symptom histories, or other sensitive clinical information through the public consultation form.

Routine uses consultation information to respond to your request, coordinate an appropriate next step, maintain operational records, and protect the website from misuse.

Staff account information is managed through Routine's authentication provider and is used to control access to the staff-only content and request dashboard.

Routine may use service providers for website hosting, authentication, database storage, communications, scheduling, and practice operations. Operational integrations remain disabled until Routine authorizes the provider and destination.

Routine does not send consultation answers or free-text notes to website analytics. Information may be disclosed when required by law or necessary to protect rights, safety, and system security.

Essential browser storage supports site and authentication functions. Optional analytics and marketing categories remain off unless you select them in Cookie Controls.

Routine uses access controls, encrypted connections, server-side validation, and limited logging to reduce risk. No internet service can promise absolute security.

Retention depends on operational, legal, and clinical requirements. Contact Routine to ask about access, correction, or deletion when applicable.
